Welcome to the Counterstrain Convention 2025 registration page! 

 

Who can register:

This event is open to all practitioners who have completed Fascial Counterstrain Intro (JI FCS FI). 

 

The Counterstrain Convention is an intensive learning experience:

- To get the most out of this event, we highly encourage you to participate in all events including choosing one of the outdoor activities and especially the Friday evening dinner banquet. 

- Read the CSC 2025 Overview page for more information.

- Add your spouse or loved one to Friday's activities and dinner banquet! 

Payment Options:

Payment plans are available during checkout. Payment plans divide the admission fee by X number of payments. You can choose between one, two, three, or four payments (this changes based on the date you sign up). All payment plans end prior to the start of the event.

 

Cancellation Policy:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Due to the nature of planning a large event, the Counterstrain Convention cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 4 weeks prior to event, you are eligible for a full refund less $150 restocking fee
- Within 3 weeks, you are eligible for a 50% refund less $150 restocking fee
- No refunds within 2 weeks of event, however 50% of fee may be credited toward a future course less $150 restocking fee
- After the start of the event, no refunds or credits
- Any cancellation will void discounts given for future courses at the convention

Friday immediately following the morning session, take part in one of the group trips to get out and see, experience and enjoy some of Oregon's attractions. Details will be provided on registration day where you will choose the activity you would like to take part in. This is a sneak peek at some of the potential activities we will be offering! We may add more or take some away based on interest. Ultimately, you will choose the activity you'd like to join on August 11th at the in-person registration. If none of these stand out, you're at the beach! Go relax, get some sun, or walk around Seaside's unique town.

Choose your dinner (description appears after you select) for the Friday all-hands-on-deck Banquet! If you have a dietary restriction, select Special Request and we will contact you to submit your request.

It is mandatory to choose a track. You may only choose 1 to attend, but can add on the FCS Musculoskeletal Update supplemental course, which occurs on the last day (Highly recommended!).

Counterstrain & the Cranial Scan
Diagnostic Specific Course incorporating brand new workflow, area of greatest restriction, motion testing sequence, TI, Scar tissue diagnostics and treatment and treatment sequencing.
Counterstrain Certification Exam RETAKE
8 hour supplemental course for the periosteum. Full description on the overview page or just below.

A brand new supplemental course has been announced for the 2025 CS convention! This new material will explore exciting new developments in the FCS curriculum. These newly discovered treatments focus on spinal deformities that were not previously recognized or mapped and yet have a global impact throughout the entire periosteal system. This one-day course will be held on the final day, Saturday, August 16th, 2025.

  • Learn the associated anatomy and physiology behind spinal periosteal dysfunction of the musculoskeletal system.
  • Gain mastery of the new spinal cranial scan for the cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral spine.
  • Learn 4 new treatments per segment and their associated projected dysfunction into the extremities.
  • Learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of these newly described spinal dysfunctions including the associated trunk and extremity symptoms.
8 hour supplemental course for the periosteum.

These are available as add-ons to any of the primary tracks at the convention. You are permitted to register for these retake sections of the certification as part of CS & The Cranial Scan, FCS Diagnostics, or as a stand-alone registration for those only interested in completing the re-certification process.
