Zach Schmucker, PT, DPT, NASM-CNC

Dr. Zach Schmucker was born and raised in the small town of Middlebury, IN, where he developed a passion for health and wellness, leading him to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. After graduating with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Trine University, he moved to Fort Wayne and quickly realized that something was missing from the modern medical approach: the identification of root causes. This realization led him on a journey to discover why his patients experienced dysfunction, rather than simply identifying what their dysfunctions were. Eventually, this journey led him to Fascial Counterstrain (FCS), a method that radically reshaped the path of his career. FCS not only explains the “why” of pain and dysfunction, but it also equips Dr. Zach and other FCS practitioners with the tools needed to create true, lasting changes for patients. Although his journey with FCS is just beginning, Dr. Zach’s passion for understanding the human body will surely guide him through the entire FCS curriculum over the next few years.
