Kelly Martin, LMT

Kelly Martin is helping patients in Elizabethville and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She is a Marine Corps veteran who founded Grounded Wellness Care LLC in 2023 to practice Fascial Counterstrain (FCS). Kelly is constantly developing her FCS skills to be that light in the dark for whoever may need it. She understands how important this technique is for maintaining mental and physical health and how it can change lives for the better. She loves to educate others on the beauty of Fascial Counterstrain and be involved in her local community through her business; giving back to first responders, military and various professions that are heroes to the community and she enjoys making donations to local causes. Kelly graduated with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Math and Science from Copper Mountain College, Joshua Tree, CA (2015). She earned the rank of Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, serving on active duty as an Administrative Specialist for Recruiting Station Frederick, MD (2017-2021). Incredibly fascinated by her own healing journey upon working with Dr. Tuckey after being injured, she began the pursuit of a new chapter to becoming a practitioner herself. Kelly graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College massage therapy program and then began learning and practicing Fascial Counterstrain. As of 8/1/2026, Fascial Counterstrain courses completed: Foundations; Lymphatics level I & II; Musculoskeletal I, II, III; Diagnostics; Visceral; Periosteal level I; Arterial; Adipose; N1: Nervous System part 1 (Autonomics & Cranial Nerves), Periosteal Endplates update.
