PNW born and raised. My physical therapy practice and approach draws from 20+ years experience in ministry and medical settings, both locally and abroad. I value holistically treating the whole body / whole person, and love hearing people's stories, especially as it relates to their families, life experiences, and passions / goals and also appreciate how it also helps to inform on the different types of stressors / traumas that they may carry. In addition to fascial counterstrain, I do other neuro informed manual techniques as well to help people in chronic pain/stress/anxiety. When I'm not in clinic, you'll likely find me adventuring in the mountains and water or creating something in the kitchen.
