Ann Marie Long, LMT

Obtaining my massage therapy licensure in 2018 opened the door to pursue Fascial Counterstrain, for which I will always be tremendously grateful. Counterstrain has improved my life tremendously and allowed me to live pain-free after living with lumbar herniated-disc pain since 1992. No other modalities came close to achieving the freedom and mobility I have from Counterstrain. Although “mastery” may take me the rest of my life, I gratefully engage that process, help anyone I can, and make referrals to my more advanced cohort when necessary! May I support your healing journey!
