Gibran Ramos, Oregon

I work with people who are still in pain, limited in their movement, or struggling with chronic symptoms despite trying many other approaches. Much of my work with patients centers on Fascial Counterstrain, a gentle hands-on therapy that helps identify and treat restrictions in the body’s connective tissues. I look at how structure, physiology, and the nervous system interact, with the goal of finding patterns that may be contributing to pain and dysfunction. My approach was shaped in part by watching my mother recover from migraines, chemical sensitivities, and chronic fatigue through holistic care. Today, I combine Fascial Counterstrain with naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, and functional medicine to help patients better understand their bodies and move toward greater health.
