Initially I started as a counterstrain patient following a car accident when I was younger. After experiencing first hand the power to improve the quality of someone's life through this technique, I enrolled at the University of South Australia and completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
Since then, I have focused on specialising in counterstrain to treat clients holistically through assessing global, regional and local movement patterns using biotensegrity principles.
I am exceptionally passionate about improving the quality of life for my clients through resolving root causes rather than overlying symptoms.
When I'm not practicing you can find me hiking, scuba diving, playing golf, cooking, or spending time with my Greyhound.
