Andrew Adams, PTA, LMT, PES, CSC1

Andrew Adams PTA, LMT, PES, CSC1 completed his PTA from Penn State in 2017. He spent the next 5 years treating in sports med physical therapy and attaining certifications in IASTM, myofascial cupping, kinesio taping, knees over toes movement through ATG, and adding his performance enhancement specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He took his first Fascial Counterstrain course in February of 2022 and has not looked back. Blown away by the power of Fascial Counterstrain he has now switched to using it as his primary treatment modality. He spent 3 years working for Christine Wood at Horizons Therapy on Waynesboro, VA as well as running his own practice in Lynchburg, VA. In March of 2026 he closed his practice to work for Brian Tuckey directly at Counterstrain Frederick. Andrew enjoys spending any free time he has with his wife and son, and is also a member of the United States Army Reserve.
