A Spokane native, Meghan graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2013 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Because of her background in intense athletic training and racing triathlon, Meghan embraces the opportunity to combine her educational background in skilled, manual therapy with her passion for exercise, conditioning, and sport.
Meghan is specialized in, and uses, Strain and Fascial Counterstrain with other traditional manual therapies, to help her clients obtain correct structural alignment, decrease pain, and improve mobility. Once achieved, she uses specific exercises, cues, and techniques to help her clients improve body and postural awareness, gain strength and mobility, and ultimately return to recreational pursuits, sport, and competition.
Outside of the clinic, Meghan enjoys staying active in recreational running and backpacking. Her love for the outdoors, her animals, and her health inspire her to spend time showing and training her dogs and llamas, backpacking, running, cycling, and maintaining a homestead just outside of Spokane, WA.
