After completion of his PT training at the University of Vermont in 1998, Anthony initially worked in a small, community hospital. He eventually found his niche in Outpatient private practice and earned a certification in Manual therapy.
To fulfill a career-long dream, Anthony and his entire family moved to Steamboat Springs, CO where he participated in a 16 month AAOMPT accredited fellow-in-training position. The intensive in-clinic mentoring accentuated his expertise to integrate various PT and Osteopathic approaches in the treatment of Orthopedic issues and all other systems for the wholistic care of individuals, including problem-solving strategies for those with chronic pain.
Upon fellowship completion in November 2020 and returning home to the beautiful Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, Anthony and his wife Krista re-opened the HŌHP clinic full-time. He was then invited by a colleague to explore Fascial Counterstrain (FCS) and attended his first of Brian Tuckey, PT’s courses. Anthony then immersed himself in this paradigm as he found it extremely specific and gentle yet profoundly effective in treating all systems of the body. FCS is a truly holistic approach that also integrates superbly with other anatomy-based, holistically-minded disciplines, which resonates with his own commitment to lifelong study of these fascinating anatomical inter-relationships coupled with his passion for helping each person in need.
At HŌHP Anthony personally provides care for individuals of all ages. In addition to problem-solving through a vast array of clinical conditions, he has provided care for fitness enthusiasts of all ages, amateur and professional athletes and coaches including members of the US Ski Team, Dancers, Gymnasts, Runners, Equestrians, Rodeo competitors, Golfers, and those involved in all other sport varieties.
