Nobuko received Massage Therapy license in 2002. In 2006 she completed MS in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University. As an OT, she continues to learn modalities in manual therapy. She found Fascial Counterstain in 2019 as a patient with acute sciatica. The treatment was very effective and resolved the pain over a few days, going from having a great difficulty to even just roll in bed to being able to move normally. This experience made her decide to study it to be able to offer to clients. Techniques are non-invasive and very gentle, making it a versatile tool to treat wide range of population.
