Rose graduated from California State University, Chico, in 1991 and worked in corporate roles until 1998, when she shifted gears to pursue a career in bodywork. That same year, she graduated from the first 1,000-hour class at the Brennike School of Massage. In 2009, after moving to Bainbridge Island, she was introduced to Strain Counterstrain by Tim Hodges. She began taking Jones courses, followed by Mastery Strain Counterstrain classes, and has been expanding her knowledge of Fascial Counterstrain ever since. She integrates her extensive experience in bodywork into her practice, focusing primarily on Counterstrain but occasionally incorporating massage or a blend of both techniques. Rose operates her private practice from her beautiful home, offering sessions by appointment only.
