Dr. Holly Christy is a Washington-based naturopathic physician, licensed acupuncturist, and performance medicine clinician who’s spent the last 25 years proving what’s possible and then making it accessible. Her work is built on empowerment, integration, accessibility, and integrity.
A former professional athlete, Dr. Christy has always insisted on root-cause solutions, which led her to become the first physician trained at the expert level of Fascial Counterstrain, a specialized, pain-free manual therapy designed to release trapped inflammation and restore function across the body’s fascial systems. She was the first woman to teach Fascial Counterstrain, remains the only physician instructor of the method, and is a peer-reviewed clinical co-author of a study on Fascial Counterstrain as an evidence-based treatment for post traumatic stress symptoms (published in Military Medicine).
Today, Dr. Christy integrates Fascial Counterstrain with regenerative peptides, IV therapy, acupuncture, and functional medicine to support recovery, resilience, and high performance. She works with patients through Element 7 Wellness and the Bridge Back Project. She also mentors future clinicians as a clinical adjunct faculty member at Bastyr University, investing in the next generation of practitioners who share her commitment to following data, sharing knowledge, and helping people reclaim what their bodies are capable of.
