Jason is originally from Bennington, Vermont and has lived in the Pacific Northwest for 19 years now. He grew up playing football, basketball and baseball. This love of sports led him to pursue his bachelor’s degree in sports medicine and eventually the field of physical therapy. He now has 20 plus years in the field of orthopedic physical therapy.
Jason has had extensive continuing education in both orthopedics and manual therapy. In 2016, Jason became certified by the American Physical Therapy Association as a certified orthopedic specialist. He has also focused on the powerful modality of Counterstrain since 2013 and has recently been able to participate in the mastery program of the Counterstrain Academy. He does feel that integrating his knowledge of orthopedics with manual therapy has allowed his patients to attain lifelong improvements in health.
When not in the clinic you can find Jason with his wife and five year old daughter. He does enjoy competing in distance running, mountain biking and cycling.
