Karolina Wiosna, DPT

Karolina is a passionate and dedicated physical therapist who brings a holistic, patient-centered approach to healing. She earned her master's degree in physical therapy from the Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, College of Health Sciences, in 2018. With a strong foundation in evidence-based physical therapy, Karolina continues to seek out innovative and effective methods to support her patients' recovery. Since 2023, Karolina has been practicing Fascial Counterstrain and is actively pursuing advanced coursework in the technique, completing multiple training sessions each year. Her commitment to continuous learning reflects her belief that Counterstrain offers powerful solutions for complex and persistent conditions that often go unresolved with traditional therapies. Karolina is particularly interested in expanding her expertise to address pelvic floor dysfunction in women, aiming to provide comprehensive care that considers the interconnected systems of the body. She is driven by a deep respect for the body's innate ability to heal and is honored to guide her patients on their journey toward improved function and well-being.
